FireKirin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to FireKirin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FireKirin platform, available at firekirin.ws, including all games, betting services, promotions, and associated features offered through the website and any linked applications.

FireKirin is operated by FireKirin Entertainment Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"). References to "you" or "the Player" mean any individual who registers an account, visits the website, or uses any part of the FireKirin service.

These Terms apply to all users of FireKirin regardless of location, but are specifically designed to reflect the legal and regulatory environment relevant to players based in Pakistan. All financial transactions on FireKirin are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). References to currency in these Terms mean PKR unless stated otherwise.

FireKirin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of FireKirin after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use FireKirin. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. FireKirin takes underage access seriously and employs age verification procedures at registration and, where necessary, at the point of withdrawal.

If FireKirin discovers at any point that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation. FireKirin cooperates fully with authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

FireKirin is designed for and primarily serves players based in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using FireKirin does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction. FireKirin does not make representations about the legality of its service in jurisdictions outside of its licensed territory.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account on FireKirin at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use FireKirin for real-money play, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid Pakistani mobile number, creating a secure password, and agreeing to these Terms. FireKirin may request additional verification documents — such as a CNIC, proof of address, or payment method verification — at any stage, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at any point when updating your account details. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, fabricated identity documents, or incorrect contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FireKirin login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. FireKirin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact FireKirin support immediately via live chat so the account can be secured. FireKirin is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login credentials or failing to maintain reasonable account security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

FireKirin may require identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, before a withdrawal, or at any time if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the process is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

FireKirin supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in PKR. FireKirin does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on FireKirin is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and account verification level. 4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically credited within seconds of confirmation. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 24 hours in some cases. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 2–5 minutes during business hours. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your real-money balance are processed without conditions, provided your account is verified and in good standing. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is satisfied. FireKirin reserves the right to conduct a standard security check before processing large withdrawals, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

4.5 Your Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted. If FireKirin detects deposits from payment accounts not matching the registered player's identity, the deposit may be reversed and the account investigated. FireKirin is not responsible for delays arising from third-party payment provider issues outside our control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by FireKirin are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses on FireKirin carry a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount must be wagered a stated number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit. Players can track their wagering progress in real time from the account dashboard.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

FireKirin takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated software or bots to place bets, wagering in patterns designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising risk ("bonus hunting"), or colluding with other players to clear wagering requirements — are all prohibited. FireKirin may void bonuses and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where such behaviour is suspected.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses carry an expiry date or window, stated clearly on each promotion. Bonus balances that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited. FireKirin does not extend bonus expiry dates except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

FireKirin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated on the promotions page and, where material, to affected registered players. Players who have already opted in to a promotion at the time of a change will be subject to the terms that applied when they opted in.

6. Games and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

FireKirin's game library includes card games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Roulette), Ludo games, esports betting markets, Aviator crash game, and other formats. FireKirin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Fairness and RNG

All digital games on FireKirin use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are published and available in the respective game information panels. Crash games including Aviator use a Provably Fair algorithm — every round's outcome can be independently verified using the cryptographic seed published before the round begins.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, server error, or disconnection during an active game round, FireKirin will use available game logs to determine the correct outcome. If the round's outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet. FireKirin's decision in technical dispute cases is final, made on the basis of available server-side data, and is not subject to further appeal.

6.4 Esports and Sports Betting Rules

Esports and cricket betting markets on FireKirin operate under standard industry settlement rules. Bets are settled based on the official result at the time of completion of the relevant match or event. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned or voided will have stakes returned unless FireKirin's specific market rules for that event state otherwise. Odds are displayed before bet confirmation and are fixed at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on FireKirin. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false one
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or any technical vulnerability — such exploits must be reported to support immediately and not used for personal gain
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction via your payment provider
• Colluding with other players in card games to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false identity information or documents during verification
• Using FireKirin for any purpose related to money laundering or financing of illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward other players or FireKirin staff
• Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt FireKirin's technical systems or infrastructure
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits can be lowered immediately; increases take 24 hours to take effect.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any FireKirin intellectual property.

You may not use FireKirin's brand name, logo, or any other proprietary mark without the prior written consent of FireKirin. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any FireKirin content for commercial purposes is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement under applicable intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

FireKirin provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain service uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the service due to maintenance, server issues, or external factors outside our control.

FireKirin is not liable for: losses arising from your own decision-making during gameplay; losses resulting from actions by third parties including payment providers; indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind; or losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

FireKirin's maximum liability to you in connection with any single incident is limited to the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in that incident. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 FireKirin's Right to Suspend

FireKirin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if it reasonably believes the account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, suspension may occur immediately and without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.

12.2 Balance During Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance is reinstated in full. If a breach is confirmed, FireKirin may withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach, applicable law, and the extent of losses suffered by the platform or other parties.

12.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your FireKirin account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited at closure. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened — a new account would need to be created, subject to eligibility requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

FireKirin reviews and updates these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the platform's features, applicable regulations, and operational practices. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and registered players will be notified of material changes via in-platform notification or email.
